We only collect what we need to provide mentorship:
We do not require you to create an account on this website, and the site itself does not collect payment information.
We use the information you provide solely to deliver and improve the mentorship service — reviewing your materials, preparing feedback, scheduling sessions, and communicating with you about your engagement. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Trajectory Prep does not receive or store your full payment card number. The processor handles that data under its own privacy and security terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as our database provider, the payment processor, or scheduling tools), and only as needed for them to perform that function, or where required by law.
Trajectory Prep serves students, some of whom may be under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, and we may request confirmation of that consent. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided information without consent may contact us to have it removed.
We keep the materials and information you share only as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable record-keeping afterward. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
