These Terms govern your purchase of and participation in Trajectory Prep's paid mentorship program. By purchasing a Cohort spot, you agree to these Terms.
Trajectory Prep offers Cohort, a 4-week paid mentorship program for aerospace and engineering students aiming to land internships, program admission, or recruiting responses from organizations in aerospace, defense, and adjacent fields.
The program includes weekly one-on-one strategy calls (45 minutes each) with Adrian Raj, direct access via email/message throughout the program, personalized positioning and outreach coaching, and an outcomes-contingent guarantee (see Section 2).
Trajectory Prep is an early-stage service; program structure may evolve as it grows and incorporates participant feedback. Significant changes will be communicated to active cohort members.

Outcomes Guarantee: If you attend all four calls, send the recruiter outreach Trajectory Prep recommends, and do not receive a single recruiter response by the end of the program, Trajectory Prep will provide one-on-one support (at no additional cost) until you do receive recruiter responses.
Current pricing is listed on the Trajectory Prep website. Payment is collected through a third-party payment processor; Trajectory Prep does not receive or store your full payment card details. Early clients lock in current rates, which may rise as the service grows.
Trajectory Prep stands behind the delivery of its service. If Trajectory Prep fails to provide the sessions, reviews, or materials promised for your purchased track, you are entitled to a refund for the undelivered portion. To request a refund, contact us using the details in Section 9.
Refunds are not issued for failure to attend scheduled sessions, complete assigned activities, or send agreed-upon outreach, nor for dissatisfaction with outcomes outside Trajectory Prep's control (see Section 5).
Trajectory Prep does not guarantee internship offers, program admission, interview invitations, recruiter replies, or job placement. We provide coaching, frameworks, and feedback. Results depend on your effort, timing, and individual circumstances, which are outside our control.
To run the mentorship service, we collect information you provide — such as your name, email, school, and the application materials you share for review. We use this information solely to deliver the service. We do not sell your information to third parties. Payment is processed by a third-party provider under its own privacy terms.
Trajectory Prep serves students, some of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian, and we may request confirmation of that consent before providing a paid engagement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
